Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Canned White Kidney Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1/2 cups Egg Substitute Or 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons Stevia
  • 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 x 8 brownie pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  • In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients except chocolate chips. Process until smooth, you may have to scrape the sides of the blender down a couple of times. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, brownies are done.
  • Leave in pan to cool before cutting.
