- 15 ounces, weight Canned White Kidney Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1/2 cups Egg Substitute Or 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Stevia
- 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 x 8 brownie pan with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients except chocolate chips. Process until smooth, you may have to scrape the sides of the blender down a couple of times. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, brownies are done.
- Leave in pan to cool before cutting.
