Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Dried, Minced Onions
  • 1- 1/4 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons (Rounded Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1- 1/4 teaspoon Cheddar Cheese Powder (I Buy This In The Bulk Isle)
  • 1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (Best Foods Or Helman's - No Miracle Whip Or Sandwich Spreads)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream. I Use Light.

Method

  • Measure out all of the spices and the bacon bits and put them into a bowl.
  • Mix well and set aside.
  • Measure mayonnaise and sour cream into a medium bowl and add the spice mixture.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Chill at least two hours before serving.
  • Serve with chips or veggies!
  • This recipe makes two cups of dip.
  • I usually make the spice mix and use only 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream with half of the spice mix.
  • And I save the other half for another time.
