Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method

  • Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cream together sugar and margarine.
  • Add eggs, one at a time.
  • Add bananas, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Combine wet ingredients with dry. Add chocolate chips.
  • Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350 for 70 minutes.
