Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream together sugar and margarine.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add bananas, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry. Add chocolate chips.
- Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350 for 70 minutes.
