Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 12 ounces, weight Jar Of Caramel Ice Cream Topping
- 12 ounces, weight Bag Of Milk Chocolate Chips
Method
- Mix everything except the chocolate chips and caramel sauce together (yes, that is 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons of butter) and press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour 1 bag of chocolate chips over hot crust. Pour 1 bottle of caramel ice cream topping over the chocolate chips. Top with remaining crust. Just sprinkle it over the caramel. Return to the oven and bake 10-15 minutes more. Watch it to make sure it doesn't overcook.
