Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dried onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. elbow macaroni

Method

  • Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
  • Drain off excess grease.
  • Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
  • Cover and let ground beef mixture simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Prepare elbow macaroni per package instructions.
  • Mix macaroni into ground beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional) and serve.
