Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped dried onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 2 tsp. seasoning salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. elbow macaroni
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
- Cover and let ground beef mixture simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
- Prepare elbow macaroni per package instructions.
- Mix macaroni into ground beef mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional) and serve.
