Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
- 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
