Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g chocolate, bits
  • 200 g condensed milk (1/2 can 395gr condensed milk)
  • 250 g malt biscuits, crushed
  • 125 g slivered almonds
  • 200 g dried apricots, chopped
  • lemon icing (optional)

Method

  • Melt the butter, stir in the condensed milk, then cool.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Press the mixture into a slice pan, about 26 x17 cm and refrigerate.
  • Top with lemon icing when cool.
  • and cut into sqaures or rectangles.
