Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 125 g chocolate, bits
- 200 g condensed milk (1/2 can 395gr condensed milk)
- 250 g malt biscuits, crushed
- 125 g slivered almonds
- 200 g dried apricots, chopped
- lemon icing (optional)
Method
- Melt the butter, stir in the condensed milk, then cool.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Press the mixture into a slice pan, about 26 x17 cm and refrigerate.
- Top with lemon icing when cool.
- and cut into sqaures or rectangles.
