Ingredients

  • 1 bag Enoki mushrooms
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp each Soy sauce, mentsuyu, sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 dash Ichimi chili pepper powder, sesame seeds

Method

  • Take the roots ends off the enoki mushrooms, and shred.
  • Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Finely julienne the carrot using a vegetable slicer (if using a knife, slice thinly as possible).
  • Sprinkle with salt and leave for a while.
  • Squeeze to remove excess water.
  • Mix the enoki mushrooms and carrot with the ingredients.
  • Chill very well before serving.
