Ingredients
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 c. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Method
- Marinate 8 to 10 pork chops in sauce overnight.
- Place pork chops in shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over them.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
- Serve over hot buttered rice.
