- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. English peas, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. cashews
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- garlic to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Chinese noodles
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except noodles.
- Stir until well blended; top with the Chinese noodles.
- Yield:
- 8 servings.
