Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 sweet onions, finely chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c. warm water
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

Method

  • Brown meat and onions. Add soups. Rinse out cans with water and add to mixture. Stir in uncooked rice and soy sauce. Turn into a 9x13x2" pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes longer. Cover mixture with chow mein noodles and cook 10 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
