Ingredients
- 4 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cut wings at joints; discard tops. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Mix to blend and simmer 5 minutes.
- Dip chicken in and bake about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting with remaining sauce, turning chicken.
