Ingredients

  • 1 3/8 pounds spaghetti packet
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1 red chilli small, finely chopped
  • 2 1/4 pounds prawns uncooked, peeled, deveined, tails left on
  • 2 lemons
  • salt
  • 4 cups rocket leaves
  • crusty bread to serve

Method

  • Cook pasta following packet instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat oil on high in a large frying pan. Gently fry garlic and chilli for 1 minute.
  • Add prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
  • Drain the pasta and return to the frying pan. Season to taste and toss prawn mixture through.
  • Serve into bowls and top with rocket leaves.
  • Enjoy!
