Ingredients
- 4 honeydew melons
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cream
- 1/4 c. Midori liqueur
- 1 tsp. fresh mint
Method
- Peel and remove seeds from melons.
- Dice and put through food processor.
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix to incorporate. Refrigerate overnight.
