Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill several hours or overnight. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
