Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 3/4 c. cooked pinto beans
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- chili seasoning
Method
- Brown meat and pour off fat.
- Add tomato juice, beans, rice and seasoning.
- Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Yields 5 servings.
