Ingredients
- 2 cans green chiles
- 10 to 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Grease a pie pan.
- Drain chiles and spread on the bottom of the pan.
- Cover with the shredded cheese.
- Mix the eggs and milk and pour over the cheese.
- Bake at 325° for 20 to 23 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
