Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 2 c. diced green chilies
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese (Mexican hot flavor), cubed
- nacho chips
Method
- Brown meat; drain.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, chilies and cheese cubes.
- Cook on low for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with nacho chips.
- Crock-pot works well.
