Ingredients
- 8 ounces canned tomatoes
- 8 ounces process American cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- 13 cup finely chopped canned chilies
Method
- Drain tomatoes, reserving juice.
- Finely cut up tomatoes; add cheese, chilies, and 1/3 cup reserved juice.
- Heat slowly till cheese melts, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
- (If mixture thickens, stir in a little tomato juice).
