Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 5 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin and oregano, combined
- 1 3/4 Tbsp. garlic and onion powder, combined
- 2 tsp. (almost) paprika
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 cans water
- salt
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Put in pot and add tomato sauce, water and spices.
- Cover and simmer, the longer the better.
- To thicken chili, mix in a jar 1/4 cup of water and flour.
- Shake to get out lumps.
- Use as needed.
