Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2/3 c taco sauce
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 2 c monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 cans (7 oz) green chili peppers

Method

  • Brown meat and onions, drain. Add taco sauce and cook for about 5 minutes. Beat eggs, milk and flour real good then add cheese to mixture and stir. Layer in a casserole dish, green chilies, sausage mixture, then egg mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
