Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (good quality soy sauce)
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 whole dried chile peppers (cut in half)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 pound bonless skinless chicken breasts
Method
- In medium glass dish combine all ingredients. mix well. Add chicken.
- Marinate up to 24 hours.
- Preheat grill to high heat & grill chicken until done.
- Chefs Notes: high quality soy sauce makes all the difference. If can't find good soy sauce use very low-sodium broth.
- Grilling is a must for this recipe. The taste is not the same when cooked on the stove top.
