Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- In a bowl, mix together peas, onion and tomato.
- Into a jar measure corn oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover tightly and shake well.
- Pour over vegetables; toss.
