Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chicken pcs (thighs or possibly breasts)
- 1 jar dry beef
- Bacon
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- Cooked rice
Method
- Line 9 1/2 x 11 inch pyrex dish with dry beef.
- Roll 1 piece of bacon around each piece of chicken.
- Mix soup and lowfat sour cream; pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serve over rice.
