Ingredients
- Brinkman or possibly similar smoker Charcoal pan 1/2 full Water pan 1/2 full
- 3 x center-cut ham steaks, about 1 lb each
- 1 c. pineapple slices in juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard grnd cloves
Method
- Drain pineapple, saving juice.
- Combine juice with other ingredients.
- Brush top of ham steaks with 1/2 juice mix.
- Top steaks with pineapple slices and brush on remaining juice mix.
- Cook about 2 hrs.
