Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb.) King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 5), cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Method
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Coat chicken with coating mix as directed; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, add potatoes to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 20 min.
- or until tender.
- Drain potatoes; return to pan.
- Add mayo, cheese and garlic; mash until desired consistency.
- Serve with chicken.
