Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken gravy
  • 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (1/2 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken, diced
  • 1 tsp. dried sage, crushed
  • 2 c. prepared biscuit mix

Method

  • Reserve 2/3 cup gravy.
  • In a saucepan, combine remaining gravy with mushrooms, olives and pepper; stir in chicken.
  • Bring to boiling.
  • Turn into shallow 8 or 9-inch round baking dish.
  • Add sage to biscuit mix.
  • Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions, but use the 2/3 cup reserved gravy for liquid.
