Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken gravy
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (1/2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
- dash of pepper
- 2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken, diced
- 1 tsp. dried sage, crushed
- 2 c. prepared biscuit mix
Method
- Reserve 2/3 cup gravy.
- In a saucepan, combine remaining gravy with mushrooms, olives and pepper; stir in chicken.
- Bring to boiling.
- Turn into shallow 8 or 9-inch round baking dish.
- Add sage to biscuit mix.
- Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions, but use the 2/3 cup reserved gravy for liquid.
