Ingredients

  • 1 hen or large fryer, cooked with salt and pepper, skinned and deboned
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 button garlic, cut fine
  • 2 small onions, cut fine
  • 1 pkg. noodles (medium size)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Cook
  • onion and garlic in chicken broth until onion and garlic are tender.
  • Add soups and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted,
  • stirring frequently.
  • Grease casserole dish.
  • Add layer dry
  • noodles
  • and layer coarse, chopped chicken.
  • Cover with sauce.
  • Add layers until you fill casserole, ending with sauce. Cover
  • and cook
  • at 275° for 1 hour until noodles are tender.
