Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast fillets
- 6 to 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1 tsp. tarragon flakes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Method
- Lightly brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken.
- Place mushrooms, soy sauce and tarragon in butter.
- Saute.
- Add whipping cream. Stir.
- Add chicken.
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Do not overcook.
