Ingredients

  • 2 large whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tsp. butter
  • 4 tsp. minced green onion
  • 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Slice chicken into strips
  • about
  • 3 inches by 1/4 inch. Combine flour, salt and
  • pepper in bag.
  • Add chicken and shake to coat.
  • In skillet, saute chicken in butter over medium heat until golden and tender.
  • Remove

  • serving
  • dish
  • and
  • keep warm. Add green onions, mushrooms and wine to skillet.
  • Cook, stirring until liquid
  • disappears.
  • Reduce
  • heat to low.
  • Stir in paprika, sour
  • cream
  • and
  • Worcestershire
  • and
  • heat
  • sauce through.
  • Pour over warm chicken.
