Ingredients
- 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- In a large skillet on high, put 3 tablespoons margarine, cut up chicken breasts, cut up cabbage, cut up zucchini, cut water chestnuts, cut onion and 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Cook on high 10 to 15 minutes.
