Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • potatoes
  • mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • onions
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 large bottle Heinz 57 sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 or 6 chicken bouillon cubes

Method

  • Boil chicken breasts until tender, take out of broth; let cool.
  • Then slice chicken up, cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Slice mushrooms and onions.
  • Take 1 can of tomatoes and one bottle of Heinz 57 sauce; place in blender to mix.
  • Add all ingredients to chicken broth.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Boil until potatoes are tender.
  • Good eating!!!
