Ingredients
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 tsp adobo
- 1 tortillas
- 1 butter
Method
- Take a skillet and put about 1 tablespoon of butter, let it melt then place the seasoned chicken on the skillet and ket it cook.
- Keep the chicken till its cooks on the skillet.
- Cut the boneless chicken in small pieces and season it with about 1 teaspoon of Adobo.
- Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds then place the cooked chicken on tge heated tortilla.
- On top of the chicken, place the cooked spinach, and then the pico de gallo.
