Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 7 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 8 oz. sour cream
Method
- Boil chicken breasts and remove bones.
- Cut in cubes.
- Boil spaghetti in chicken broth.
- Saute onion in margarine.
- Add cheese and melt.
- Add soup, Ro-Tel and chicken.
- Drain spaghetti. Mix well with cheese mixture.
- Pour into greased oblong baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
