- 2 c. vermicelli, cooked in salted water
- 2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1/3 c. pimento, diced
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. onion, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar)
Method
- Drain vermicelli spaghetti.
- Mix all of the ingredients together except the cheeses.
- Put in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheeses and bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
