Ingredients

  • 2 c. vermicelli, cooked in salted water
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/3 c. pimento, diced
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheese (Parmesan and Cheddar)

Method

  • Drain vermicelli spaghetti.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together except the cheeses.
  • Put in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheeses and bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
