Ingredients

  • 15 oz. raw chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 4 tsp. oil
  • 1 (5 oz.) Pet skimmed milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. chicken granules
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Chop chicken, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms coarsely. Saute in oil until chicken is done.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve over cooked spaghetti.
  • Can be put in casserole, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and baked.
