Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, cooked and cut up (cook in pressure cooker about 20 minutes)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 pt. chicken broth
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. American cheese (enough to cover top)

Method

  • Melt butter and add onion, celery and pepper; cook until light brown.
  • Add all other ingredients, including cut up chicken.
  • Add cooked spaghetti; cook down until thick.
  • Put in baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  • Put in slow oven to melt cheese.
  • Makes two 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dishes.
