Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. hen
- 2 chopped onions
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Boil chicken until tender and debone.
- Heat oil and saute onions and pepper and celery.
- Mix all ingredients except spaghetti into large pot to melt cheese.
- Add cooked spaghetti.
- Pour into large casserole dish (9 x 13).
- Bake 30 minutes at 250°.
