Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cook chicken in boiling salted water until tender.
- Cool. Remove chicken and debone.
- In broth, cook onion and green pepper. After 5 minutes, add spaghetti.
- When done, add chicken.
- May need to remove some of the broth.
- Add cheese; let melt.
- May serve now or put in casserole.
- Freezes well.
