Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 whole chicken breasts, halved or 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 navel oranges
- fresh dill
Method
- Heat butter and oil in skillet.
- Add chicken, skin side down, and cook for 10 minutes on medium-high.
- Turn and cook 5 minutes. Add green pepper, tomato, oranges (separated into segments and cut in half).
- Add to chicken; cover and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
