Ingredients
- 12 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 13 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 12 cup thinly sliced celery
- 14 cup chopped red onion
Method
- mix yogurt mayonaise parsley flakes seasoned salt and ground pepper until combined.
- add chicken celery and onion.
- toss to coat well and cover.
- refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- serve on a sandwich or salad greens.
