Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken, Cooked, Cubed
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese, Cubed
  • 2 whole Celery Ribs, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Pickle Relish, Sweet Or Dill Or Even Both
  • 2/3 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/8 cups Sliced Almonds

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, celery and pickle relish; mix. Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. You can add the almonds directly into the mix or sprinkle on top.
  • For a sandwich, you'll also need 6 lettuce leaves and 6 croissants.
  • ** NOTE: You can use leftover chicken or a rotisserie chicken to make this. Feel free to substitute your favorite cheese.
