Ingredients
- 1 cooked chicken breast or thigh
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2T canola oil mayonaise
- 1t poppyseeds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup raisens
Method
- Cut chicken into small cubes. Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Serve in a whole wheat pita pocket.
- *You can add 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion if you like them raw.
