Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve with crackers or as sandwiches.
