Ingredients
- 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. small green grapes
- 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- fresh ground pepper
Method
- Toss chicken with celery, grapes and almonds.
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Fold into chicken mixture.
- Refrigerate, covered.
- Serve in lettuce cups, garnish with whole almonds or parsley.
