Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 pound Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Diced Celery
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cups Halved Grapes
  • 13 cups Golden Raisins
  • 1/2 cups Toasted And Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 whole Diced Avocado
  • 1 whole Diced Golden Delicious Apple
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 sprigs Chopped Green Onions
  • 8 whole Croissants

Method

  • Gently prepare and mix together all ingredients, except croissants.
  • To save time, you can buy an already cooked rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your own.
  • Chicken salad will fill 8 large croissants.
