- 1- 1/2 pound Cooked Chicken
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cups Halved Grapes
- 13 cups Golden Raisins
- 1/2 cups Toasted And Chopped Walnuts
- 1 whole Diced Avocado
- 1 whole Diced Golden Delicious Apple
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 sprigs Chopped Green Onions
- 8 whole Croissants
Method
- Gently prepare and mix together all ingredients, except croissants.
- To save time, you can buy an already cooked rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your own.
- Chicken salad will fill 8 large croissants.
