Ingredients
- 3 c. chopped chicken, cooked
- 2 onions
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can English peas
- 1 c. chicken broth or cream soup
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onions and peppers in oleo 15 minutes.
- Add peas, chicken broth and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
- In a large dish, layer the spaghetti, mixture and cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
