Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Mix rice, soups and water in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
- Dip chicken breasts in melted margarine, then lay on top of the rice. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour covered.
- Uncover and bake 15 more minutes or until chicken is brown.
- Sprinkle with paprika before baking to help chicken brown.
