Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. rice
- 1 c. water
Method
- Put rice in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
- Mix soups with water and pour over rice.
- Dip chicken in melted margarine, then place on top of rice.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until done.
- Makes 6 servings.
