Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked long grain rice
- 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
- 1/4 c. cooked diced ham
- 2 tbsp. sliced green olives
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Chill.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
- Yields 4 servings.
